I thought about contacting Bushnell and I probably will but I wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem.

Will they stay?

So I went back to a spot I hunted about 2 years ago but now there are more hunters hunting that area, I was actually going to scout the area prior to rifle season but opted out.  I heard that yesterday they got a nice 6 point out of there.  Not sure now if the bucks are still going to be there.  Anyone know if that be the case or should I move to a different spot.  The place has a nice wide open field with hills surrounded by woods with trails running all around, today I saw a coydog, then a deer but moved to fast for me before I got my specs up.  Any help would be

Scents, rattles, Grunts

So I havent had a lot of experience with rattling, and grunts or bleats.  Not sure if it's a must for the serious hunter.  I know during certain phases other things work better than most.  Anyone have any tips on what I should be doing besides just sitting in a ground blind waiting for something to show up?

Best week to Hunt

Got some vacation time saved this year that I plan on spending doing some serious bowhunting.  I'll be hunting in Northern WI and want know what would be the best time to take off.  I was thinking about hunting the first week in November and was wondering what you guys thought about this time of the year.

early season

hey guys im new to this site and forum. i am also new to the sport of bow hunting. i need some advice on picking a location to hunt. i was planning to go into an area loaded with deer sign and rubs, but recently found that someone was baiting it. i have now moved my proposed location to a new area that seems secluded with a little less deer sign but many more rubs. could this be an area where an old buck is hanging out because he knows the other area is hunted heavily. any advice would be appreciated. thanks

hunting does

Hi i plan to hit bow hunting hard from day one until it gets to cold out there. I would like to know if anyone has called does in early season (early season is mid September, to mid October)? If so what type of calls have you used and how often have you called, etc? More tips the better. I have done some online reading and have not found a whole lot. Thanks
