Plenty of fresh scrapes and rubs in the southeaster and southcentral part of the state. Have not seen bucks chasing does yet.
Went out last night and did not see much movement until really late. One doe came out into the field next to the trees my stand is in.
Killed a buck last night. Put out Doe in Estrous scent with an East wing. 5 by 5 came in straight down wind and he could smell me didn't didn't know what I was. Stuck him through the heart at 26 yards after he tried to leave. First buck I have killed wth my hoyt ultra mad. Sprayed down with scient schield before I went in.
